Best gaming system for teen girls?

Me and my sister live boring lives.



Christmas is coming up and I thought it might be cool to ask for a gaming system so we can fill our boring lives with violent, hilarious, or otherwise mindless video games.



I'm (almost!) 18. She's 14.

We like games with simple motives.

LOVE THE SIMS!

I also like the old mario world games and donkey kong.



Sooo.. what gaming system?

since price is a factor and thats why the wii would not be ok your looking for something under $250. theres a variety of choices actually. if you dont care about used and you liked the older dk and mario games you could pick up a nintendo gamecube used at gamestop for around only $30. you could also choose a brand new system there are 2 i reccommend under $250. the xbox 360 arcade version for $200 or the playstation 2 for $130 both have a huge variety of funny and violent games. good luck with whatever you choose. I gotta say xbox 360, its fun and there are plenty of co-op games you two can play. Only downside is that you gotta buy an extra controller, xbox live membership (if you want it) and you also have to buy extra storage.
sounds like you need a nintendo ds lite. they run about $130 and they have lots of fun, simple, little puzzle games as well as rpgs and adventure. you'll get your mario, sims and many others. best of all you can take it wherever you goBest gaming system for teen girls?

if you love violent games then definitely gears of war 2 (only for xbox)

great graphics and most games are co-op

XboX 360 maybe if u like violent games, good games, cheaper system, and better graphics that wii
gamecube is fun...and u could always go with hand held systems like nintendo DS or gameboys... mario and DK are only made by nintendo so it would have to be one of those if price is a factor
For girls, I would say a Nintendo DS or the Wii.
