Do girls like players/assholes?

Do most girls like players/assholes? I see it a lot and seems like a lot of girls don't really want a relationship but rather just to have fun and get laid. I been with girls but I don't constantly go out hunting for girls to fool around with having one-night stands even though I feel I can in my opion. I am a pretty good looking 20 year old built big guy (not fat but have a small pot-belly) with a strong personality. I'm pretty "self confident" but not arrogant. Like to have a good time and laugh. I'd like to say I have high-energy and good vibes. I like to drink, have a good time but not excessively. I do it to have a good time but I see alot of shi*heads get stupid, play games with girls whatever. I don't really care because I know they will eventually learn a lesson. I don't listen when these girls talk about there pathetic boyfriends anyways. I guess I need to hunt for girls that are secure of themselves and have a carrer on there hands and likes to have fun the right way I guess. They seem to be my type. It's hard though. I see alot of insecure and pathetic girls around here. I also ask this because 2 of my sisters had nice boyfriends and dumped them for some low-lifes. They are gentlemen with low qualities and treat them like "objects" behind my back and it bugs me. They fear me so they act all nice around them. My sister are insecure anyways so that figures. My other younger sister is 17 and concerns me. She doesent use her head and seems like she likes those bad boys. She seems like her future trouble and basically all I can do is warn her. I know how the bad boy thing works but doesent interest me because these kinds are in it for the pus** and drama. They don't care, neither do I but not in a arrogant way. I see a lot of young single girls with kids. I see girls don't like really nice lame guys and I am neither. I am in the middle I guess. No one messes with me anyways. I am well I guess I can say just me. Anyways, I guess I just need to be more open with the girls. I feel like I can't attract them sexually because I precieve girls differently even though I know how alot of them are. Like to get to know them first to see if they are worthy. I also see alot of decent girls with nice cars around here and seem pretty cool. I live near Chicago so finding girls is not a problem but more and so I guess I am wondering how to find a girl that's worthwhile and likes to have fun.

Personally, I absolutely hate man-whores,flirts, players and assholes. First off, they only lead girls on for their own personal benefit and don't care about anyone's feelings but their own. SELFISH. Also, I find it very unattractive when a guy has "been around the block" a few times. It gives me an idea of their real intentions which, for the most part, are never innocent. I can only speak for myself when I say that more guys should STOP being flirts and man-whores because it is not a good "title", no matter how many girls you "score". You sound like the type of guy that is nice and actually will care for a girl the right way. I would go for you. But hopefully you find a smart girl who goes for the right kinda guys. Depends on the girl, perhaps those girls assume that all guys are jerks, or they can change those girls. Some girls just seem to attract jerks for some reason, Idk why. Sometimes it is confidence issues.

Your sisters may not realize those guys are really jerks until they get hurt emotionally or something. No talking out of what one perceives to be love.

Oh, and you'll find someone for yourself eventually. Confidence helps out a lot. Find a girl who has similar interests, that's a good place to start.

well the girls who are insecure about themselves do, but what you need and say you wanted, is a mature, confident girl. I love girls like that. She has a boyfrend of 2 years and he isn't an asshole, or jerk, he's sort of a brainiac though. You seem like a good guy and it does my heart well that there are guys out there like you. You might have to break down some walls to get through to these girls, including your sister. But, they deserve to be happy and be treated with respect and love.

Since I used to be one of these girls, I can say that it is such a trend because most young people are just that...YOUNG! When they mature they will have been hurt and used enough to turn to decent respectable guys. Personally I was attracted to assholes because they definitely know what females want to hear! They know how to manipulate a naive mind. Also the false thoughts of changing a doggish male into a "dream man" just made me feel so confident and hopeful for some reason. After my daughter was born (premature, because of stress) I finally realized that it isn't worth it.

Is Rhythm heaven for girls only?

Well I bought today Rhythm heaven because i thought it was a good game, addicting and entretaining, It actually is a lot of fun XD. The party will be three hours. A parent will be there the whole time. It is a costume party. I know they are all pretty awkward at this age and they don't want to be treated like babies, but they are not ready to act like adults do at a party (dance, talk, eat). You can play the blind fold, guess what this is game. Set out some stuff like jello, chicken livers, slippery and hairy feeling stuff and get the kids to touch it and figure out what it is. If you have a sound effects tape that adds to the fun. It's got the creep factor going for it and kids love getting grossed out. Pick out several leaders to take the blindfolded ones by the hand and lead them around in circles while describing some scary scenario, walking through a graveyard crypt or something. Use your imagination or make it up as you go along. You can suddenly scream as they walk by or make scary noises. Make sure to have something that feels like spider webs that they have to walk through even if it's just you holding it over their heads as they pass by... You can have all your gross stuff set up in another room with a door so when the kids get there they won't know about it and after the party gets started your leaders can start grabbing their partners, blind fold them and lead them down the path of fright. When they get through the door have the leaders take them to the table of horror and they have to reach out and touch what's there. Make up a bunch of different gross things for them to feel.

It depends on what games she is into. For example, if she's just into racing or whatnot then it doesn't really affect me since I don't like those kinds of games. However, if she's into FPS, then it's something that I enjoy so yeah, that'd be cool.

I play video games, i have since the original nes. when i play online most men think im a little boy, not bc of my voice but bc "girls dont play video games, they paint their toe nails."(yes i was actually told this). once guys realize im a girl they get really caustic. they then say that i must be a lesbian, cant get a guy bc im fat and ugly, and/ or have no life? the insults get worse when i beat them. i have met other females who play and they hear the same insults. the thing is im not a lesbian,im not fat, im not ugly, and i do have a life. (im married, im a full-time mom, and a full-time student w/ a 4.0. oh and my toe nails are painted lol) its not like im a serious gamer. i only play for recreation and to unwind. my question is, why do guys not like girls who play video games? i will admit i have found a few that think its cool. they tell my husband he is lucky he has a wife who plays a first person shooter online w/ him, but more often it is guys who are offensive. its not like i go around saying all men who play video games are 40 yr old virgins who live w/ their moms, so y do guys try to stereotype and insult me for doing the same thing they do? Stereotypes say that video games as well as maybe football watching, car racing, military service and so on are something best done by males. Of course, those are just some conservative haters.

First of all, coming across a girl who loves video games is like winning the lottery. Its super awesome but not the most common thing, so you can forgive the couple guys who MATURELY react to a girl in the lobby. That, or the fact that they're jealous or (what word am i looking for here) offended? that they have played against or lost to a girl because, well, your a girl lol. But, by all means, ridicule the 13 year old who shouldn't even own Halo in the first place who tells you to make him a "sammich".

Second of all, the whole thing about a stereotype where if you play video games, you have no life is obviously false... I mean just because I raid dungeons or shoot terrorists in my off time doesn't mean i can hold on to a job?

So all I can say is be a trooper and you about 3x cooler than the other girls in the world.

But before I go I'll leave you with a thought. Howcome I can play call of duty for 24 hours straight and be cool but I play 2 hours of WoW and I'm automatically a nerd.

I was a huge final fantasy fan. The first one I played was FF6, which to me, was the best game I ever played. But it seems Square has changed their target audience based on the character designs, and story, which has caused me to hate FF games. It all seem to start during FF8. For instance:

1) FF13's main character is female. Now, I love FF6, and the female lead was awesome to me. But FF13's female character is just an angry b**** who likes punching men around. There's the whiny emo kid dude who's very femmy and weak for half of the game. And the stories are all overly emotion and cheesy. The only thing I liked about the game was the graphics. I didn't even finish it. Screw that game.

2) FF12. Vaan looks like a boyish chick, or a girlish, flaming gay/bi dude. On the front cover with his shirt off. Thats not the kind of FF character I am used to since 6 and 7 didn't have that kind of character. Clearly he's aimed at girls and gay dudes. And there are a few other male characters in the game like him. I'm not against girls, gays, and bi dudes, I just don't like that I am not part of FF's target audience anymore.

3) FFX2. That game was clearly aimed at chicks, and I hated the game. Boring and senseless to me.

4) FFX was actually pretty awesome. Sure, Titus was a whiner, but the story was solid (until the end, they messed that up, but had a cool idea). I didn't see much wrong with that game.

5) FF9. All I have to say is "KUJA". So the main villain is a femmy dude in drag. WTF.

6) FF8 Mainly a love story. Boring. Hated that game. FF6 had love story aspects, but it was done well and was not the main focus.

7) FF7, great game. A hard to follow story that didn't make a lot of sense at the first half of the game, but overall, nice game.

8) FF6, awesome. Perfect. I want more of that, but I will never get it, because FF is aimed at a different audience, And that audience is not me.

9) Watched my brother play FF4, etc, which FF6 is basically the matured version of those in many ways.

Funny, I always thought that all the games after Final Fantasy 7, maybe with an exception of 8 and 9, the franchise was even more aimed towards guys (given all the girls were busty, scantily clad and cleavage bound). Yuna looks like she walked out of Tomb Raider in FFX-2. In FF7, all you could focus on was Tifa's assets, and same with Lulu in FF10. Just an opinion =] True, most of the games since FFX-2 have a female main character. But I think guys tend to enjoy watching and playing a woman as a main character than playing as a man just because they're prettier to look at. =]
Well, here's my take on your list of reasons why FF has switched to a female audience -

1. The reason FF13's lead character was a female was because the main character artist, Tetsuya Nomura, was asked to design a female version of Cloud Strife, so as to "repeat the magic" that FF7 had with sales figures.

2. The reason Vaan looks like a flaming bishonen is because apparently that is considered "hot" in Japan, the games point of origin. There are many, MANY such references to japanese pop culture in the game, J-Pop inspired visuals/clothing, etc.

3. FFX2 was meant to be a cheesecake fan service game for the guys. The ability to use dress spheres, with an all female cast, should have been self-explanatory in this regard.

8. To be honest, the story for this game did not make a lot of sense. In my opinion, the dialogue was unconvincing, and the plot weak, and very similar to that of Star Wars. An "empire" is ruling maliciously over the land, a rebellion has sparked to save the common people, and at the center is a young protagonist with spectacular abilities whose heritage has high stakes in the story. Sound familiar?

Besides that having 25 people over {i hope their not ALL sleeping over....} you can play this game i know that's called "murder mystery" or something like that.

Get some paper and cut out as many pieces as there are people. On one piece write "detective and on an another write "murderer". On all of the other pieces write "victims". Put all of the pieces in a hat and mix them around. Everyone gets a slip from the hat. They are whatever the slip says {like if you were to get victim, you are not one of the victims}. You are not allowed to tell anyone who you are. Put all the slips back into the hat and turn off all of the lights {best at night~time!} Now the one who has "Murderer" has to try to tag everyone, but is tying hardest to get the detective {its best to make dieing noises when your tapped!} After a while the detective turns on the lights and tries to figure out who the murderer is {the murderer can play dead or still be alive}.

~I know that this is a really fun game, ive played it at birthday parties all of the time.

One of my best friends did this at her parties and it was superfun...

She had a scavenger hunt around our town. We split up into groups and each group had a driver. And there was a list of things to do like take a picture with someone pumping gas, get a straw from mcdonalds, get a packet of sugar from starbucks there was like 20 things we had to collect or get pictures of. Then there was a meeting place and whoever got done first won. All the losers did the chicken dance.

Haha sounds dorky maybe but it was SO fun.

What are cool games for me to play?

Im a girl in the first place, I like playing action games....What are cool games for me to play?
PIKMIN! I know a lot of people who are addicted to this action / strategy game.
I don't really know suggestions to give you because i don't know what systems you have so for xbox360: resident evil 5, ninja gaiden, fable 2, fallout 3(more of an action rpg), prince of persia, grand theft auto, and of course dead rising.

ps3: metal gear solid 4, little big planet(platformer), prince of persia, resident evil 5, ratchet %26amp; clank future: tools of destruction(or any other r%26amp;c games)

pc: (not to many good action games) strategy: sins of a solar empire, civilizations 4, command %26amp; conquer, black and white, company of heroes. you already should have half-life 2 if you don't get the orange box or half-life 2 holiday pack with all the half-life 2 games and counterstrike source

Aha! The classic N64 glad to know people still remember it. Anyway a few good games I had on it was Mario Cart which was and still is a classic. Such a good game and very (Very) funny with friends.....Sadly the N64 can't connect to the internet so you can't play against members over the world.

Mario 64 is probably the most famous game, I spent ages and ages and ages finishing everything it is a wonderful game.

I also had James Bond Golden Eye, this was a good game....The controls were far from perfect and the graphics were bad to put it mildly, Still it was a shooting game and it was fun so I would recommend but your a chick......Not sure if you would like it.....

Anyway those are all the games I had on N64 not much of a collection I know but they kept me entertained for years.

You can be a cool guy not even obsessed with video games. You just get on your PS3 and Xbox 360 now and then for recreation. This, however, does not seem to make a difference to the majority of girls out there. If you have even a drop of "video gamer" on you, she'll give you the boot (she's not interested). Why is this? I want to know the mystery behind this.Why do girls dislike guys who play even the LEAST bit of video games?
Hmmm. My guess is that you are going after the popular, cheerleader type of girl...or a wannabe popular cheerleader type. Girls like this, while they might look fabulous on your arm, tend to be very superficial and will avoid anything that has even a hint of "lowering their status". In other words, if you are a geek you're out. If you're a regular guy who plays the occasional video game, you are out unless your dad recently bought you a Benz. These things are especially true in high school when young people are figuring out social status for the first time.

My advice. Go for somebody more down to earth. There are plenty of smokin' hot girls who are down to earth and won't mind if you play video games occasionally. Hell, I married one! Just make sure you don't play video games to point where you are neglecting her. Big no no.
Well, I'm a girl, video games don't bother me, as long as the guy doesn't put the console in front of me. It makes girls feel bad sometimes, but I guess we make you boys come down to the shops with us and most of the time you are patient and get on with it, so I don't see it as an issue, it's justice. But some boys put their video games in front of their girlfriends, maybe they've had a history with boys and games before.

I don't know, I think it might be the fact that stereotypical views of video gamers are not too positive. Also, people link guys obsessed with video gaming as having no life outside of "THE GAME" Ergo leading to poor hygiene.

Hide and Seek the Blair Witch way- This is a new type of hide and seek to play using a phone. Wait until it’s dark and turn out the lights. One person hides with a phone. In the pitch black, everyone goes looking for this one person. Every so often the person hiding must call another phone and give clues to where she is hiding.

-Flour game so much fun!! haha put flour in a cup and pack it tight then flip it over so its like a tower put a jolly rancher or any candy on top of the tower then you have to take turn slicing off a piece of the tower with a knife the person to make the tower fall has to get the candy with their mouth

For Guys. Why like girls who play video games when you wont play with them?

Every guy I have ever talked to say its awesome that I play games. Or that I gain 'points' because I play games. I have dated several gamers, but in the end, none want to play -with- me.

In fact, I got real big into WoW at one point, and the dude I was dating bought it, but only played with me for a bit. Then, he gives me his password and tells me "Here, you can grind for me." -_-;

The point was to have something to play with together. It's not like all I do is play girly games and the Sims.

I love Halo, Left 4 dead, DCU, Guild wars, Oblivion....Normal...GOOD games.

The funny thing is that my current boyfriend only seems to enjoy playing with his guy friends. He seriously hogs the computer all damn day and doesn't say a word to me until we go to bed.

My bf loves to play co-op games with me, we played RE 5 together and really enjoyed it. But at first he hated playing fighting games with me for an odd reason, he said he felt bad watching his character beat up mine. Makes no sense but he soon got over that. I would love to play video games with my girlfriend. But I don't understand what your boyfriend's problem is. The only thing I could think of is that maybe he doesn't want to beat you (maybe he thinks you're not good at games?)

Not all boys are like that, my boyfriend loves to play games with me, its one of the main ways we spend time together (that or he plays and I watch it like a film and knit lol). Of course, the fact that he plays all day and barely speaks to you says to me that he's more interested in his games than you, in any capacity. Try mentioning it your guy, he may not realise how much it bums you not to be able to play with him, and if he doesn't change then try a different gamer guy, you will fin one that loves having a girl to co-op with.
