Any ideas for games at a boy/girl Halloween party for 11 and 12 year olds?

The party will be three hours. A parent will be there the whole time. It is a costume party. I know they are all pretty awkward at this age and they don't want to be treated like babies, but they are not ready to act like adults do at a party (dance, talk, eat). I would like any advice on games kids this age would think are cool or fun. No video game ideas please, the party is being set up outside and there will be 15-18 kids there. Thanks!Any ideas for games at a boy/girl Halloween party for 11 and 12 year olds?
You are right..this is an awkward age for kids. Games are great as long as they are not the babyish kind. Best costume..of course, or a scavenger hunt. Bobbing for apples, the old whip cream in the foil pie pan game (fill foil pans with whipped cream and drop gumballs, or any other round candy in the cream. Hands behind their back, they dive for them with their mouth!) , karaoke, a Halloween pinata. good luck and hope you have fun!
Truth or consequence. This could be serious fun, especially if you got a lot of icing to be smeared to the face.

But yeah, if this is meant for a surprise, you can ask one kid as your accomplice so that you know what games they really want to play without them saying "AWWW WE'RE NOT BABIES!!"Any ideas for games at a boy/girl Halloween party for 11 and 12 year olds?
Matching Characters

Think up a bunch of couples from real life or movies like Michelle and Barack Obama or Edward Cullen and Bella Swan. Place a piece of paper on each persons' back identifying them. Each person then asks 1 question from every other person till they discover who they are. They may only ask questions such as am I male or female, a fictional character or real person, dead or alive, etc. Once they identify themself, they can start looking for their partners. The winners are the first matching couple.
Try pumpkin bowling, you use a small pumpkin to bowl and lay out some two litre bottles of water. Get them to roll the pumpkin and whoever knocks over the most bottles gets a prize.

You could also buy about 1000 plastic spiders and hide them round the garden. Tell them at the beginning and see who's found the most at the end.

Have fun!Any ideas for games at a boy/girl Halloween party for 11 and 12 year olds?
