Do guys find it attractive when girls play video games with them?

My ex (we are now friends) used to tell me all the time how happy he was that he had a girl-gamer girlfriend. My new boyfriend says it's cool too because he loves video games, and thinks it brings us closer together (and it also gives him an excuse to come over if we want to fool around). I'm a bit self conscious about it because lots of people (mostly guys) have made fun of me as of being a 'dork' for playing video games when they also play video games. I'm not a big time gamer, I just play Super Smash Bros., Mario Kart 64, and (I love) The Legend of Zelda. My new boyfriend has played like every game ever made and loves Call of Duty, and war games.

I was just wondering if guys like it or dislike it when girls play or talk about video games with or beside them???? :(Do guys find it attractive when girls play video games with them?
This really depends on the type of guy he is. If he is really, really into video games, then he'll probably appreciate that you share his interest. If nothing else, he'll be happy that you two can have fun together playing games. Definitely don't give up your interests just to make yourself look better, because there are many guys who would love finding a girl who likes video games.

As for whether other guys make fun of you... there's no reason you should care about that if you're happy with who you're with.

I doubt it's too big of a deal to him, but there might be a small chance he doesn't like you looking like a "dork" in front of his other guy friends. But really, you should be able to perceive how he feels about it when you're with him and his other friends, etc.Do guys find it attractive when girls play video games with them?
From my experience, most guys dig it. They really like girls who can play games with them, and not the bad kind.Do guys find it attractive when girls play video games with them?
Guys like it when you play video games with them. But if you talk about video games they hate, bleh. It's kinda like movies, or talking about movies. It's cool if someone likes to watch a movie you like with you, but if they talk about a movie you hate, you're gonna be like okaay, well thats great for you. I would say just think of games as movies. Interactive movies. For instance, I absolutely hate WoW. It's not a challenge to me, you can literally be brain-dead and still play it. So I would NOT find it attractive if a girl plays WoW.
