Tom Clancy's EndWar is one that just came out, so if you're into strategy games, that would be a pretty good investment. I like it more on large console though.
Crisis Core is really cool, and I never get bored of it. Also I'm not too big a fan of Final Fantasy, but Dissidia is okay.
Of course Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is awesome.
