Do guys think oddly of girls who play video games?

So, I am a girl (obviously) and I adore playing video games. I am not very good at them, but I could sit for a couple hours and attempt to kill people while being called a noob. I am pretty straight forward about telling guys I enjoy playing video games (and I do play on Xbox Live with them). Is this a turn off for guys? Most of them say it's cool and think it would be fun to hangout with someone like that but is that giving them the wrong impression about me?

I think it's a turn-on. I really like it when a girl enjoys video games as much as I do, mainly because they're really hard to come across and I'd like it if I had a girlfriend that could be a decent opponent in a game. It's cool as long as it's not the only thing she's into.
If you enjoy playing video games, does it really matter that some guys call you a "noob"? I assume you are in your teens, and you don't know yourself quite well. I'm not trying to put you down or anything like that, so don't misunderstand me. But if you like something so much, in this case video games, why do you have to worry about what others think? Why do you have to care whether you are giving them the wrong impression or not? Just be yourself, and never try to change to satisfy someone else's expectations. True people will always accept you for who you are, and those are the people that should count in your life.Do guys think oddly of girls who play video games?
No I think it's pretty cool, it's way better than having a girl that wants to drag you to the mall for hours every day.
