So I can't work some shift tomorrow for my work so I ask almost everybody on the employee list and there is like almost 50 to 60 people on the list. So I text everybody asking if they want to cover for me. And I finally get a yes from some girl from a different school. I never met her or seen her ever but this is the text conversation we had (keep in mind I never had a girlfriend or any relations with a girl, yup im a loser, BUT im known to be cute, im just really shy):



Me: Hey its %26lt;my name%26gt; from ***, would you wanna cover for me on %26lt;day%26gt; at %26lt;time%26gt;

Girl: til what time

Me: 4 games, last game is at 440

Girl: ya ill do it

Me: Its at ********* just to let you no

Girl: Where is that

Me: Its a soccer facility with 2 bball courts, its near gilette stadium, if i told you the address would you still be able to do it?

Girl: yeah, one more question haha do i have to go to *** to get the stuff before i go to *********?

Me: yeah that's what i did, i clocked in grabbed the folder, and left, and then I came back and clocked out when I was done, you need ur phone too to text *** the scores of the games

Girl: okay thanks!

Me: The address is ** ***** ******, ******* **, thank you so much I've never texted so many ppl in my life haha

Girl: hahaha no prob :)

Me: Hey text *** ur going to take ***** ****** shift, just to let them no whos taking it

Girl: alright!

Girl: yes haha

Me: Thought so he's a cool guy lol

Girl: haha do you know who i am? ive prob seen you around but i cnt put the face w the name haha

Me: Nah I can't say I do lol but yeah I'm there a lot

Girl: haha me too like every weekend, are you working tomorrow

Me: No I got a tournament game tmm

Girl: Ohhh you play fall aau?

Me: No I play soccer but I play bball in the winter

Girl: ohh okay yeah i do swim in the fall and bball in the winter too

Me: Swim is a fall sport?

Girl: for %26lt;school name%26gt; it is haha

Me: %26lt;school name%26gt; weird haha

Girl: haha kinda sorta, where do you go?

Girl: %26lt;town%26gt;

Me: I c, do you no %26lt;kids name%26gt;?

Girl: i do haha but im only a juniorr

Me: Ohh do you know %26lt;kids name%26gt; or %26lt;kids name%26gt;?

Girl: yeppp haha

Me: Yeah I went to a bball camp with them in the summer

Girl: niiceee



I wake up this morning (feeling like p diddy) to go on Facebook and I see someone from the same school who also works at the same place sent me a friend request and thought, "oh she must be a friend of the girl i was talking to," then later today i get a friend request from the girl i was talking to. and i guess thats it, they are both pretty good looking too. But my main question is what should be my next step on what to do?What should I do next? [Amateur]?
next time you see her at your job, talk to her, try to get to know her. Aslong as you don't ask too many questions you won't sound creepy . Ask her to go to the movies with you and some your friends, that can open up to a good friendship and maybe even a future relatioship.What should I do next? [Amateur]?

i say give it a week or two (but not too long) just getting to know her better, and slowly get into the "we should hang out sometime" thing. You should be able to read it by how well she responds to your questions and what not. good luck!
